Covid-19 Update
Dear Customers:
Following the state government’s latest instructions of preventing the COVID-19 Outbreak, Hot Stuff Bakeware has implemented a few changes to our operations to help to contain the spread:
- Hoppers Crossing showroom and warehouse will be temporarily closed for public entrance including order pickup, we’ll remain operational for online, telephone and email orders. To simplify, everything will be sent through couriers (Fastway, Australia Post or Sendle).
- Local customers will be eligible for free shipping with minimum spending of $30, to find out your eligibility, simply use our shipping estimate calculator at the shopping cart page.
- Non-local customers will be eligible for free shipping with minimum spending of $150, to find out your eligibility, simply use our shipping estimate calculator at the shopping cart page.
- Same day dispatch cut-off time is every business day at 10:30 AM (For example, orders placed at 10:25 AM on 04/08/02020 or the night before will get dispatched around 12:00 PM on 04/08/2020)
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused for everyone who usually comes to the shop for their cake decorating supplies, we want to help as much as we can in the safest way. When this is all over, we are keen to see all your lovely smiles at the shop.
