Poor quality for the money

I purchased 2 of these pans but I wish I hadn’t they were not cheap and I expected better quality but the spring release part of the pans is so difficult to undo I broke a nail when attempting I thought maybe I just got a bad one but they are both the same so I would not recommend these

Our springform tins are designed to have tighter spring release because we need to prevent the baking leakage, I'm sorry to hear that you've had unpleasant experience. But we need to make sure if you were opening it from the right direction? Were you following the engraved 'TOP' and 'BOTTOM' for the pan section?
