Bakels White Truffle with a hint of vanilla is a ready-made ganache that is smooth, extremely easy to apply and has a subtle vanilla flavour that allows you to flavour it to your liking.

Bakels White Truffle is packaged in a resealable food-grade pail.

Directions of use:

Bakels White Truffle can be used directly from the pail or whipped which will create a fluffier and lighter product that can be used as a macaron filling.

Use it to fill between layers of a cake, a ganache prior to icing a cake with fondant, cupcakes, pastries, and more. The list is endless and only limited by your imagination.
