In every drop, it does 2 things - flavours & matches the aromatic scent derived from natural sources.
We call it a Natural Flavoured Essence.
Add to icings, cake & biscuit batters, fondant crème, fillings, ice-cream & macarons when you want intensity of flavour matched with the fragrance of Chocolate Honeycomb (think Violet Crumble!)
Note: Flavoured Essences are not oil soluble, and therefore are not suitable to flavour chocolate. It may cause the chocolate to seize, as you as you are adding a water-based product to an oil based product.
Our Flavoured Oils are best suited for Chocolate applications.
Baking & Dessert Application:
Use it in baking and dessert applications, like cake & biscuit batters, icings, frostings, ice cream, cream and macarons.
It isn’t a sweetener, so you may require additional sugars to taste, in your base ingredient (ie Milkshakes)
Flavours are a great addition to create a flavoured, soft centered filling for chocolates.
Add ½ tsp to a ¼ cup of our Roberts Plain Fondant Crème and mix.
Dosage Rate - 2-3 Drops, or between 0.1-0.25%
Use an eye dropper for accurate measuring.
Once opened, stored in cool dry conditions away from direct sunlight and heat. Shelf life is greater than 24 months if stored correctly.
